Meet The Team

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Ashley’s blood lineage dates as far back to early 1700’s here in Northern Virginia.  He is a 1989 graduate of Chantilly High School and a 1994 graduate of James Madison University.  Ashley resides in Leesburg, VA.  He has four children, a few horses, and a bunch of chickens!  In his spare time, Ashley likes fishing and pretty much any other outdoor activity including visiting the local wineries.

Although Ashley’s career started out as a real estate salesperson, he gravitated towards real estate investment.   He is the founding member of Sell Fast Pros.

Steven earned a BA and MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and has served on a variety of volunteer organizations throughout his career. To him, there is nothing more satisfying than spending time with his family, especially his Golden Retriever Bella. Steve is a bit of a domestic artist: he knows his way around the kitchen; he’s handy with concrete and carpentry; and has a bit of a green thumb too.

Dave graduated from Woodbridge High School in Prince William county before attending James Madison University, graduating in 1993.  Dave lives in Haymarket, VA with his wife Michele and children Madison and Michael.  He enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family and watching his kid’s baseball and softball games.
